Rothelowman’s architectural design for Hawthorn Park draws on a range of visual forms, especially along the street frontages. It’s where articulation creates visual interest and a sense of identity. The stunning internal architectural façades and lush valley landscape were inspired by the stepped landforms you see in rice paddy fields and the spectacular stone terraces of Machu Picchu.

Jack Merlo had 2000m² of landscaping to craft. His design carefully considered quiet reflection in traditional garden areas, while inspiring active recreation on the rooftop terraces.
