With over 2000m2 of sublime residential parkland and Melbourne’s only Skypool, everything in Hawthorn Park is designed to elevate residents’ physical and mental wellbeing. A wellness centre, gym, yoga studio, massage rooms and garden lounges are just the beginning.
Entertaining is a breeze, where each of Hawthorn Park’s four buildings have their own individual lobby, where you meet visitors and relax – while you can dine on top of it all on your rooftop featuring a private dining room and alfresco dining terrace.
Rothelowman’s architectural design for Hawthorn Park draws on a range of visual forms, especially along the street frontages. It’s where articulation creates eye-popping interest and a sense of identity. The stunning internal architectural façades and lush valley landscape were inspired by the stepped landforms you see in rice paddy fields and the spectacular stone terraces of Machu Picchu.
Jack Merlo had 2000m² of landscaping to work with. His design carefully considered quiet reflection in traditional garden areas, while inspiring active recreation on the rooftop terraces.
Hawthorn Park is an escape into your own sanctuary. With intelligent floorplans, ample storage, gorgeous vistas of the private park, and a wide range of residential options, there’s a style of home for everyone.
Rothelowman’s interior design team are quite proud of the level of premium design features they were able to build in, including island benches, gun-metal tapware, Miele/Gaggenau appliances and walk in robes in most apartments.
Hawthorn East has become a delicious concentration of the city’s hottest places for brunch and some of Melbourne’s best coffee. Nearby Camberwell Junction is known for its Art Nouveau-era Rivoli cinema, fantastic shopping strip, and its famous Sunday market which balances big brands, people watching and classic village charm.
Home to some of Melbourne’s most prestigious private and public schools and inside easy walking distance of rail, tram and bus connections, Melbourne’s CBD is only 15 minutes away. It’s also close to bike lanes and paths that safely connect the eastern suburbs and the city centre.
